We don’t just show up on the day and plug things in. Our installation process includes elements of planning and aftercare as standard.

Pre-Installation

Scoping

Our team will take the time to understand your installation, and prepare a detailed scope of work for the project. This includes details of the equipment and job, timescales and other considerations.

Planning

We then coordinate with you the best time and date for installation, including multiple days onsite if necessary. Our focus is on minimising disruptions to everyday activities in school.

On the Day

Installation

Depending on the scale of the installation, our engineer will be onsite for one or multiple days to complete the job. Our engineer will only sign-off the job when it is successfully completed.

Documentation

All elements of the job will be documented throughout, including any passwords, accounts and technical notes. These documents are provided to the technical staff in the school afterwards.

Reporting

Depending on the nature of the install, we can provide status reports, including downtime, uptime and any issues presented. We will also check in to make sure everything is going well.
